mixed feelings about this stay
The room was clean enough. Nothing special, but it was acceptable.
I was pretty annoyed because the bedsheets seemed unwashed. there were some questionable stains. Looks like they skipped laundry day before i arrived. the tea and coffee being in open tubs also seemed pretty unhygienic.

ideal location clean room family ownership
The location was ideal, near transport and the town center. I found the room clean and quiet. I appreciate the family owning and running the hotel. I also parked my car on the street with no issues.
There was no air conditioning or a fan in the room, a minor inconvenience. The bed was a little uncomfortable. There was no breakfast available, and the bar area shown in photos is no longer available.

The bed was really uncomfortable, I tossed and turned all night. I also noticed there was no air conditioning or even a fan in the room. It was stuffy.

dog friendly nice host great location
the location was great. the room had everything i needed, and they welcomed dogs. i parked my car on the street with no issues. the host lady was really nice and helpful.
the tea, coffee, and sugar came in small plastic tubs. i would prefer pre-packed ones.
